Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress the output of each cylinder as well as to check a torque variation to the utmost by installing a judging device, judging a knocking control degree, and a knocking control degree compensating device compensating a control signal out of a knocking control device. CONSTITUTION:In this controller, there is provided with a judging device which judges a knocking control degree. When a maximum knocking control degree is larger than the specified value, a knocking control degree compensating device, which compensates a control signal of a knocking control device so as to improve the knocking control degree other than this maximum knocking control degree, is installed there. Thus, a torque variation can be checked as small as possible while checking the abatement of output of each cylinder to the utmost.
