Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 バーナ２１の燃焼排気をフアン３で強制的に
庫内１に送り込んで、該庫内１に収容した材料を
加熱調理するパン焼き用オーブンにおいて、熱伝
導性の良好な天板と断熱性の高い底板から成る一
組又は複数組の区画板で庫内１を水平に区画する
と共に、庫内１の内壁に穿設した熱風噴出用の透
孔１３，１３が、天板の上に隣接する空間にのみ
連通するようにし、天板の下面とこれに対向する
底板で挾まれる空間を材料収容室としたパン焼き
用オーブン。 天板や底板から成る区画板を、庫内１に対し
て着脱自在にした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載のパン焼き用オーブン。
