Claims (1)
- 供給された原液を冷却して冷菓を製造する冷却
シリンダと、該シリンダを冷却する圧縮機、凝縮
器、減圧装置及びシリンダと熱交換的に配設した
蒸発器から成る冷凍装置を備えると共に、冷却シ
リンダを加熱殺菌するために、前記冷凍装置に可
逆サイクルを構成する四方切換弁を設けて成る冷
菓製造装置において、前記四方切換弁の可逆サイ
クル位置において、前記圧縮機への吸入ガスを制
限する絞り装置を設けたことを特徴とする冷菓製
造装置。
