PURPOSE:To simplify a transmitter and receiver on the whole and to reduce its size by sharing an antenna and a low-noise amplifier when received signals have close frequency band and of the same polarization system and nearly equal in reception level. CONSTITUTION:A common-use antenna 414 performs reception from a navigation satellite and transmission and reception to and from a communication satellite. A diplexer 15 passes a transmission frequency band for satellite communication at the time of transmission, and passes a reception frequency band for satellite communication and a reception frequency band for satellite navigation at the time of reception. Further the low-noise amplifier 17 amplifies the received signal outputted by the diplexer 15 and a divider 18 divides the output signal of the low-noise amplifier 17 into two and supplies one to a communication control signal processing part 22 and the other to a satellite navigation receiver 27. The antenna 14 and low-noise amplifier 17 are used in common and the device is simplified and reduced in size.
