Claims (1)
- 排出ガスの経路に配設されたキヤニング容器内
に、燃焼手段とセラミツクフイルタを直列に併設
してなる後処理装置において、上記燃焼手段を導
電性セラミツクフイルタで形成して上記セラミツ
クフイルタの上流位置に配置するとともに、この
導電性セラミツクフイルタに再生用ヒータ電源に
接続される電極を配設してなる排出ガス後処理装
置。
