PURPOSE: To prevent am operating lag or the like of a fuel flow control valve from occurring as well as to make a steam quantity quickly controllable by controlling the steam quantity according to a gas turbine speed variation, in case of a device which abates an amount of NOx to be produced at time of combustion after feeding a combustor with steam.
CONSTITUTION: Gas turbine equipment mixes compressed air out of a compressor 2, fuel out of a fuel control valve 4 and steam out of an injection steam control valve 5 together and burned in a combustor 6, and it feeds a gas turbine 1 with the generated high temperature and high pressure gas, driving a generator 3. And, a deviation signal between the setting value 7 of injecting steam quantity and the detected value 8 is inputted into a proportional-plus-integral controller 9, and the output signal is set down to an injection steam control signal at a high limiter 12. In this case, a speed variation is detected from the detected value 14 of gas turbine speed by a detector 15, and on the basis of the speed variation, an injection steam quantity bias signal is outputted from a function generator 16, and a deviation between this output signal and an injection steam quantity upper limit value signal out of another function generator 11 is set down to a setting signal of the high limiter 12.
