Plural open holes 3 are formed in the vicinity of each rubber cushion installing hole 2 on the flat face part 1a and a bent part 5 is formed on the open hole edge of the open hole 3. As the compressor is operated, the compressor base 1 is oscillated in accordance with the natural frequency of the compressor to generate noise.
