Abstract
PURPOSE: To shorten boiling time for noodle and miniaturize a boiler itself by placing a downward cage type conveyor in a position above the boiler, placing diagonal conveyors on the noodle loading and unloading sides, and forming a hot water outlet on the noodle unloading side and a hot water supply hole on the noodle loading side. CONSTITUTION: Noodles are continuously supplied onto a first conveyor 4 as a boiler 1 is heated from below. The noodles float up as if dancing when boiled for a certain period. A downward cage type conveyor 2 is provided in an upper position, and the noodles are put into the cage of the downward cage type conveyor 2 and guided toward a second conveyor 5 by the rotation of the downward cage type conveyor 2, so that the noodles boiled are transferred onto the second conveyor 5 by the downward cage type conveyor 2. In this process, hot water in the boiler 1 flows out of an outlet 7 and then enters the outlet 7 again from a supply hole 8 via a pump 9 and a pipe 10. By repeating this procedure, the direction of the hot water in the boiler 1 is determined so that it flows from the supply hole 8 to the outlet 7. Therefore, the hot water in the boiler 1 is circulated to keep the temperature of the hot water constant.
