PURPOSE: To provide an inverse rotation preventing mechanism of excellent durability and high performance by forming plural ratchet grooves on the outer periphery of an inner wheel body and interposing a rolling roller between the respective ratchet grooves and the inner periphery of an outer wheel part. CONSTITUTION: The inverse rotation preventing mechanism 14B is provided with the inner wheel body 47 forcibly fitted to a dehydration shaft 26 and the outer wheel part 48 forcibly fitted inside a mechanism case 15B, the inner wheel body 47 is adjacently arranged right above the inner wheel 49 of a lower side bearing 46 and the outer wheel part 48 is integrally formed by the part of extending the outer wheel 50 of the lower side bearing 46 to an upper side. The plural ratchet grooves 51 are formed on the outer periphery of the inner wheel body 47 at an equal pitch, one each of columnar rolling rollers 52 is interposed between the respective ratchet grooves 51 and the inner periphery of the outer wheel part 48, the inner wheel body 47 is made rotatable only in a normal rotating direction and inverse rotation suppression force is imparted to the outer wheel part 48.
