Claims (1)
- 平坦な基台上に両端を支持して固定された円柱
形の案内用固定体と、該固定体との間に環状の空
隙を設けて嵌挿された可動体とからなり、上記環
状の空隙に圧縮空気を通して静圧軸受を、又上記
可動体と上記基台との間で磁気軸受を夫々構成し
たことを特徴とするバーガイドスライダ。
