For the thin leaf-like base material are used foam material and film made of polyurethane, polyethylene, poly carbonate, etc., or fiber substance of felt or the like. The base material and material defining the base material surface are made integral by methods for applying adhesives on one surface of the material defining the base material surface and then bonding the material to the base material with pressure.
