Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture and to attain high torsional rigidity by providing channel members having crest portions and valley portions in a designated pitch, fixing the crest portions to each other to form a frame 10 with holes, forming a main sill and a frame by the frame with holes, and fixing the main sill onto the frame by a fixing plate. CONSTITUTION:Crest portions 3, valley portions 4 and fitting holes 5 are formed at the respective end portions of channels 2 U-shaped in section and same in size, and two channels 2 are fixed to each other at the crest portions 3 thereof to form a box-shaped frame 10 with holes, which has fitting holes 5 and a hole 9 for reduction of weight and work. A frame 20 of a frame load-carrying platform loading structure, a main sill 30 and a cross sill 40 are formed by the frame 10 with holes. The main sill 30 is placed on the frame 20, and fixed by a plate 15 and fixing means 19 using the fitting holes 5. Similarly, the cross sill 40 is fixed by a L-shaped plate 16. Thus, manufacture can be facilitated and torsional rigidity can be improved.
