Abstract
PURPOSE:To restrain inclination easily and quickly and to hold an upright state by engaging a running block with the middle portion of a mooring rope going through one of upper and lower fixed blocks at both sides to take up and draw out an adjusting rope going through the other of the upper and lower fixed blocks. CONSTITUTION:At both side portions of a floating marine structure 1, a mooring rope 2 goes through an upper fixed block 3 to be taken up on a mooring winch 7 provided at the top portion of a column 5, and a running block 9 is engaged with the middle portion of the mooring rope 2. An adjusting rope 10 connected to the running block 9 is take up on an adjusting winch 11 provided at the top portion through a lower fixed block 8. In this arrangement, the winding length of the adjusting rope 10 is adjusted by the adjusting winch 11 to adjust the length of the rope between the running block 9 and a lower fixed block 8, so that the position of the running block 9, that is, the height of mooring point of application of force can be arbitrarily changed between the upper and lower blocks 3, 8 to retain an upright state.
