Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the man-hours by fitting plate-shaped polyetherimide on both sides of a frame in which fiber-reinforced bar-shaped reinforcements are vertically and horizontally assembled in a plane shape, and by integrally filling a foam material therebetween. CONSTITUTION: Reinforcements 12 of a fiber-reinforced bar shape (pipe shape) are vertically and horizontally assembled in a lane shape (truss shape), and is fixed by means of fittings 16 for constituting a frame 13. Next, polyetherimides 14a, 14b formed in a plate shape having a high strength and capable of satisfying the combustion test specification, are fitted to both the side surfaces of the reinforcements 12, and a foam material 15 for heat-insulating and sound-proofing is filled therebetween, and between the reinforcements 12 so that the interior material 11 for an aircraft can be integrally manufactured. Thus, the working man-hours can be remarkably reduced, and also the combustion test specification (FAA) can be satisfied.
