Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve energy efficiency and responsiveness of an injection molding machine by constructing same such that it has both load sensing function and accumulator flow amount matching function. CONSTITUTION:A metering motor circuit 24 is parallelly connected to an accumulator circuit 30, while an electromagnetic direction changeover valve 21 is provided on a pilot pipe line 34 which connects the inlet side pipe line of the metering motor 25 to the pilot port of a compensator valve 15. In addition, a check valve 23 is arranged on the inlet side pipe line of the accumulator circuit 30. Both load sensing function and accumulator flow amount matching function are provided, accordingly, so that load sensing is performed during metering where the maximum energy is required to save energy, while accumulator flow amount matching is performed in processes such as injection and opening/closing of a mold where controllability is required, to secure the responsiveness of an injection molding machine.
