Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in flame retardancy, extrudability, heat stability, mechanical strengths and raffinate resistance rate, by kneading a vinyl chloride resin with a plasticizer, Sb2O3 and ZnS. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin (A) (e.g., PVC) of a degree of polymerization of 1000-2000 with 30-80pts.wt. plasticizer (B) (e.g., phthalic ester), 5-20pts.wt. Sb2O3 (C), 5-20pts.wt. ZnS (D) of a particle diameter <=1mum and, optionally, a heat stabilizer, a lubricant, an antioxidant, a filler, etc., is kneaded.
