図において、１０は高周波発振器、１２はケー
ス、１４は基板、１６ａは第１の接地パターン、
１６ｂは第２の接地パターン、１８ａ〜１８ｄは
導体パターン、２０は同軸共振器、２２は結合用
コンデンサ、２４は発振用トランジスタを示す。
