- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 高電圧電源と出力端子との間に接続され、第
１の制御電流に応じて導通あるいはしや断する第
１のスイツチング素子２と、 前記出力端子と低電圧電源との間に接続され、
第２の制御電流に応じて導通あるいはしや断する
第２のスイツチング素子３とを有し、 前記第１および第２のスイツチング素子２，３
のいずれか一方がオン、他方がオフとなることに
より、前記出力端子よりハイ・レベルまたはロー
・レベルの信号を出力するトーテムポール型出力
段を備えてなるＴＴＬ論理回路において、 前記第１のスイツチング素子２と前記高電圧電
源との間にコンデンサ１を接続したことを特徴と
するＴＴＬ論理回路。 ２ 前記コンデンサ１と直列に抵抗４を接続する
実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のＴＴＬ論理
回路。 ３ 前記第１および第２のスイツチング素子は、
ｎｐｎ型トランジスタである実用新案登録請求の
