Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the degradation of performance when the outside temperature is low and the degradation of the air conditioning effect at the time of defrosting by parallelly disposing a direct expansive heat exchanger and a hot water heat exchanger, and performing the space cooling by refrigerant by using said direct expansive heat exchanger and the space heating by hot water by using said bot water heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A total heat exchanger 2 and a direct expansive heat exchanger 11, and a hot water heat exchanger 12 are situated at positions which are perpendicular to each other via an air conditioning fan 10. For space cooing, refrigerant is caused to flow through the direct expansive heat exchanger 11 to turn it as an evaporator, and the hot water heat exchanger 12 is stopped. For space heating, hot water is caused to flow through the hot water heat exchanger 12, and the direct expansive heat exchanger 11 is stopped. The cooling and heating routes are such that when the operation is started to air condition the rooms, the room air enters a duct open to the room through room an inlets 14a, 14b, and passes through the air conditioning fan 10 and the direct expansive heat exchanger 11 or hot water heat exchanger 12 to be recirculated into the room through a supply opening 15.
