- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 透明基板と、該透明基板の表面上に形成さ
れ該透明基板を加温する導電膜と、該透明基板の
両面の温度を測定する温度センサとを有する温度
センサを有するヒータ付透明基板。 (2) 温度センサは熱電対である実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項記載の温度センサを有するヒータ
付透明基板。
