Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable feeding in the production of many kinds of sensitive solns. by using a motor-controlled flow rate controlling valve having a low change rate of flow rate to the valve lift and linear properties as each of flow rate controlling valves. CONSTITUTION:A motor-controlled flow rate controlling valve having a low change rate of flow rate to the valve lift and linear properties is used as each of flow rate controlling valves 12a, 12b. The flow rate controlling region of the valve from perfect close to full open is wide because the resistance is flow owing to the structure, and since the valve lift is made high to a change of flow rate and the shape of the valve head has such characteristics that the flow rate changes linearly to the valve lift, even a very small change of flow rate can be accurately controlled. Control can be rapidly and properly carried out by moving the valve head up and down with a servomotor, so a program of flow rate or electric potential is accurately and rapidly controlled and equipment and handling operation can be simplified even in case of feeding in the production of many kinds of sensitive solns.
