Claims (1)
- ガス採取孔と熱電対を配設したシヤフト炉内の
計測プローブにおいて、プローブ先端部本体を断
熱構造とし、その先端ガス採取孔内部に高熱伝導
率および高比熱物体粒子からなる蓄熱材を充填し
、その後部に測温体を配設してなるシヤフト炉に
おける計測プローブ。
