Claims (1)
- 真空ケーシング内に可回動に軸架した一対のシ
ールロール間に被処理剛板を挟持して出入させる
ものにおいて、前記シールロールの少なくとも一
方のロール周面にその全周に亘る環状凹部を凹設
するとともに該凹部をロール周面となる金属板に
より被覆し、前記環状凹部内に供給される圧力媒
体を介し、前記金属板を変形可能に保持すること
を特徴とする真空シール装置。
