Claims (1)
- 校正用基準真空計が接続されるマニホールド、
このマニホールドを真空引きする真空ポンプ、上
記マニホールドに設けられ、検査されるチヤンバ
及び校正される真空計を夫々接続する第１の接続
部及び第２の接続部、及び上記マニホールドに接
続され、上記マニホールド中の特定のガスを検出
する特定ガス検出器を備えた真空計校正装置。
