CONSTITUTION:A movable section 2 holding an objective lens 1 is supported by leaf springs 3a and 3b which are mutually in parallel and arranged in the vertical direction to a focus direction (direction A). Semicircle-shaped holes 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d are symmetrically provided on the leaf springs 3a and 3b and they are provided in order to be miniaturized, to be light in weight and to be passed through parts 7a and 7c of the yoke of a magnetic circuit.
