When a current is applied to a solenoid coil 1 of the solenoid, a movable iron core 11 arranged in a magnetic field based on a magnetic flux phi moves to a position where the energy in the magnetic field is minimized, and an electromagnetic valve is controlled to be opened/closed. The pipe 6 is a structure of great proof pressure by the solenoid coil 1 wrapped around the pipe 6 through an insulating film 7, so that damage to the solenoid coil part can be prevented.
