Abstract
PURPOSE:To maintain a constant output control characteristic upon constant speed operation while generate an output, higher than the same upon constant output control, upon accelerating and decelerating, by changing a base speed upon the constant operation and the acceleration and deceleration. CONSTITUTION:A detector 2 detects a condition during acceleration and deceleration to output an acceleration or deceleration signal ADI during accelerating or decelerating. A switch 5 is switched by the acceleration or deceleration signal ADI and constant output control is effected based on a base speed NB1 obtained from a base speed signal 3 upon stationary operation. Upon acceleration or deceleration, the base speed NB1 is changed to the base speed NB2 obtained from an accelerating and decelerating base signal 4 upon acceleration or deceleration whereby an output may be increased.
