Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the optimum heating condition at all times even when any kinds of cooking are combined and carried out, by a method wherein the amount of energy corresponding to the amount of heat is operated by employing a predetermined operating formula while the continuous operations of said operation are effected in the case of cooking of a toast and a pizza as well as microwave oven cooking. CONSTITUTION:A setting unit 20 provides an operation commanding unit 21 with a set heating sequence or a heating time while the operation commanding unit 21 indicates the starting, interruption, finishing and the like of the heating operation. A time measuring means 22 inputs a clock pulse from a reference pulse generating unit 23 to measure a time and provides respective blocks with a time signal. An energy operating means 24 operates and stores the amount of energy supplied to a heater at all times. An output determining means 26 composes the heating sequence, the amount of present energy, operated by the energy operating means 24, and the signals of a finishing time energy memory means, the time measuring means 22 and the like to determine the output of a heat source (heater) 27. The output of the output determining means 26 drives the heat source 27 through a driving means 28. The output of the heater is changed depending on the kind of the cooking; therefore, the optimum heat distribution for respective cookings may be obtained.
