Abstract
PURPOSE:To mechanize anaerobic treatment and to contrive to prevent reduction in quality of raw leaves, by combining a blowing means with an opening and closing means, a communicating means, a door to take out raw leaves and a door to feed the raw leaves in order to carry out a specific action. CONSTITUTION:Collected raw leaves are stored in a storage chamber 3. When there is some fear of change in quality of raw leaves at high temperature, a fan is operated in a state wherein a door 11 to feed the raw leaves and a damper 7 are open, air is introduced into the interior of the raw leaves. When fear of heat generation is eliminated or when there is no fear of change in quality of raw leaves from the beginning, operation of replacing air in the interior with nitrogen is carried out without introducing air in this manner. For that purpose, the door 11 to feed the raw leaves is closed, the damper 7 is closed, a circulating path is cut off, electromagnetic valves 10 of communicating means 8 and 9 are opened and nitrogen is introduced into the interior of a container 1 by a nitrogen feed means 18 while forcedly discharging air in the interior by an exhaust device 17. Then, after a given time elapses, each part is stopped, a door to take out the raw leaves is opened and the raw leaves are fed to the next process.
