When the tip part 9a of the material 9 is compressed at the time of attaching the filter 3, the hollow 10 shrinks easily and the filter 3 is put in the U-shaped part of the member 6 and the cushion action is carried out by the constitution of the hollow 10 formed by the part 9a. The insulating material 9 and the tip part 9a which are constituted separately by two kinds of material in the past can be made by one kind of material and formed into one body.
