Abstract
PURPOSE:To raise concentrating effects, by disposing porous pipes to supply raw mixed gases and porous pipes to discharge gases between bundles of hollow yarns within a module so that one feed pipe and one discharge pipe may be included within every cross-sectional area of 3-20cm<2> of said bundles. CONSTITUTION:Discharge ports 16, 16' are provided on the outer cylinder 1 of a module, in which bundles of hollow yarns 2, 2; made of polydimethyl siloxane etc. are housed and pipes to supply raw mixed gases 11, 11' and pipes to discharge gases 12, 12' are disposed between said bundles so that one feed pipe and one discharge pipe may be included within every cross-sectional area of 3-20cm<2> of said bundles. These pipes are porous pipes having a pore of 1-1.5mm in diameter. By sucking air through the pipes 11 and by sucking concentrated O2 further into the hollow yarns 2 with the end parts of the hollow yarns placed under vacuum, concentrated O2 can be obtained.
