Abstract
PURPOSE:To form gel cellular beads having outer wall composed of poly ionic complex, by adding powder containing an ionic substance A into water solution of ionic substance which reacts with A to form water insoluble polyion complex. CONSTITUTION:Powder containing ionic substance A is added into a water solution of an ionic substance B which is capable of forming water insoluble ion complex in the reaction with A, whereby gel cellular beads having outer wall formed by water insoluble polyion complex are produced by forming water insoluble polyion complex over the outer wall while A is being swelled. As an ionic substance A, anionic substance or cationic one is used, while as an ionic substance B, ionic substance not used as an ionic substance A is used. Diameters of gel cellular beads fall generally in the range of 10mu-10mm, desir ably in the range of 100mu-7mm.
