Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform a suitable dehumidifying and drying operation for a plurality of rooms by a method wherein a first damper arranged between a main body of a dehumidifying and drying machine and a suction duct for changing-over a communication between each of rooms, a second damper arranged in a blowing duct to change-over a communication between each of the rooms and a third damper for changing-over a communication between the second damper and the surrounding atmosphere are arranged. CONSTITUTION:When a dehumidifying and drying operation is set at an operating part for a bath room 13, an air within the bath room 13 passes through a first damper unit 22 and then is dihumidified through a main body 11 of the dehumidifying and drying machine, passed through a blowing duct 23a, third and second damper units 25 and 24 and then is supplied into the bath room 13. When a dehumidifying and drying operation for a dressing room 14, an air within the dressing room 14 passes through the first damper unit 22 and dehumidified at the main body 11, passes through the third and second damper units 25 and 24 and then supplied to the dressing room 14. When an aeration operation is set for the bath room 13, the air within the bath room 13 passes through the first damper unit 22 and is sucked into the main body 11. The air is passed through the third damper unit 25 and a discharging duct 26 and discharged into the surrounding atmosphere and then steam etc. is rapidly discharged. A discharging operation of the dressing room 14 is similarly performed.
