Abstract

CONSTITUTION: When a punching edge 22 is to be mounted on an elevator body 6, the punching edge 22 is pushed upward, an upper edge chamfered part 35 is brought into contact with an inclined face 28 of a locking pin 27, a presser plate 29 on which the locking pin 27 is fixed, is rocked on a shaft screw 30 against the energizing force of a spring 31, the locking pin 27 is temporarily retreated from an acceptor 25, and then is fitted in a receiving groove 36 when the chamfered part 35 is removed from the inclined face 28, and an upper edge of the locking pin 27 is engaged with a jaw part 36' of the receiving groove 36 in a punch body 22, whereby the punching edge 22 is prevente from slipped out downward. The elevator body 6 is lowered in this condition to punch the document by the punching edge 22. When the punching edge 22 is to be changed, an upper part of the pressor plate 29 is pushed against the spring 31 force, and the pressor plate 29 is rocked on the shaft screw 30, to remove the locking pin 27 from the receiving groove 36.
