Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内部に紫外輻射線を励起発光する充填物を
含み、光放射に対して透光性を有する外管と、外
管内部に放出された紫外輻射線を可視光線に変換
するために塗布された蛍光体と、少なくとも１つ
の陰極と陽極とよりなる光放射電子管であつて、
陰極を加熱する加熱回路と、陽極と陰極との間に
交互に正電位と負電位とを付与する電位印加回路
とを備え、陽極の負電位時において加熱回路によ
り陰極を加熱する予熱サイクルと陽極の正電位時
において加熱回路により予熱サイクルよりも弱く
陰極を加熱する補助加熱サイクルとを交互に繰り
返させるようにして成る光放射電子管。 (2) 前記陰極と陽極との間に交流電源を接続し
て電位印加回路を形成、該電位印加回路に第一ス
イツチング素子を直列に挿入し、陰極を加熱する
ための交流電源を含む加熱回路に前記電位印加回
路の陰極側が負電位の時に加熱回路の陰極加熱電
流を制限させるための整流素子を設け、この整流
素子と並列に第二スイツチング素子を接続し、前
記第一スイツチング素子と第二スイツチング素子
とを交互にオン、オフさせるようにして成る実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の光放射電子管。 (3) 前記陰極と陽極との間に交流電源を接続し
て電位印加回路を形成し、陰極を加熱するための
交流電源を含む加熱回路に前記電位印加回路の陰
極側が正電位の時に順方向となるようにツエナー
ダイオードを設け、点灯中も陰極が弱く加熱され
るようにして成る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載の光放射電子管。
