Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate waste water discharge by providing a piston built-in telescopic tube telescoped by vacuum operation to the under part of a garbage bag housing tube hangingly provided to a drain hole, and making garbage pressedly dewatered with the telescopic tube decompressed and contracted, and with a housing tube bottom plate pushed up by a piston. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a decompressed chamber 23 is decompressed with a vacuum device 21 in a condition where a valve 40 is pushed up and an air inlet 32 closed. This causes a bottom plate 13 to be pushed up in the inside of a housing tube 3 with a pressure plate 20 and piston 24 is ascended by contraction of a telescopic tube 19. This cause a garbage bag 16 and raw garbage to be decompressed, dewatered, and accumulated on a drain valve 25 via a communication hole 27. Then stopping the device 21 and opening the inlet 32 causes the piston 24 to be gradually descended. Dewatering is made with the valve 25 opened. This constitution enables waste water discharge to be easily and surely carried out.
