Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to change the flow rate of hot water-cold water mixture while the temperature of hot water-cold water mixture is maintained to be constant by adjusting an electrical drive means in accordance with a signal from a flow rate variation setting unit so as to change the flow rate in a predetermined set range. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a control valve A24 for adjusting the flow in a hot water side passage 23, a control valve B26 for adjusting the flow rate in a cold water side passage 25 and an electrical control drive means for driving both control valves. If the temperature of hot water mixture is desired to be controlled, when a desired temperature is set on a temperature setting unit 29, a control device 31 adjusts the opening degrees of the control valves A24 and B26 in an inversely proportional manner to position where the deviation between a mixture temperature detector 30 and the temperature setting unit 29 is eliminated. If the temperature deviation still remains due to a large amount of hot water supply even though the control valve B26 for the cold water side passage 25 is fully closed, the control valve A24 is similarly operated in its closing direction so as to restrict the flow rate of the hot water side passage 23 until the temperature deviation is eliminated.
