第１図は本考案の２層成形ハーフを使用する磁
気テープカセツトの正面図である。第２図は第１
図を線Ａ−Ａで切断した部分断面図である。第３
図は本考案の別態様を例示する第１図と同様の正
面図である。第４図は第３図を線Ｂ−Ｂで切断し
た第２図と同様の部分断面図である。第５図は従
来の金属及び合成樹脂材料による２層成形ハーフ
を使用する磁気テープカセツトの正面図である。
第６図は第５図の２層成形ハーフの外層匣体及び
内層該体間の剥離状態を仮想線で例示する部分断
面図である。第７図は合成樹脂同志によつて２層
成形されたハーフの部分断面図である。 尚、図中主な部分の名称は以下の通りである。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 合成樹脂製の内側匣体及び金属製の外側匣体
を互いに密着して成る磁気テープカセツトの匣体
に於て、前記外側匣体の前記内側匣体との密着面
を形成する内壁面を粗面化したことを特徴とする
磁気テープカセツト。 ２ 外側匣体の内側匣体との密着面の粗面化はプ
レス、転造及びエツチング等の化学表面処理によ
つて実施される実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の磁気テープカセツト。 ３ 外側匣体はアルミニユーム、ステンレス、チ
タン、亜鉛等の金属から作製される実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項記載の磁気テープカセツト。
