Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten the time by moving a movable part when an electrical contact is obtd. in an inspecting and adjusting position and providing a circuit for controlling the feeding, ejecting, inspecting and adjusting. CONSTITUTION:The inspecting and adjusting mechanism 6 of a device 5 for inspecting and adjusting substrates mounted with parts moves when a substrate is brought to the inspecting and adjusting position by a feeding mechanism 7. The electrical contact with the substrate is thereby obtd. and the movable part of the parts mounted on the substrate is moved. A mechanism 9 stamps an OK mark on the substrate and an ejecting mechanism 8 ejects the substrate when the results of the inspection and adjustment are OK. The circuit 10 which controls the inspecting and adjusting driving of the mechanisms 6, 7, 8 makes decision of the results of the inspection and adjustment as well. The inspection and adjustment are executed simply when the robot part of the mechanism 6 descends and ascends once. The time required for the inspection and adjustment is thus shortened and since the inspection and adjustment are executed within the same place, the size of the apparatus is reduced.
