Description
第１図は本考案の一実施例としての構成を示す
包装装置の主要部の構成を示す斜視図、第２図は
同じく包装状態を示す縦断面図である。図におい
て、１は換気扇、２はモータ部、３は羽根部、４
は外箱、５は支持体、６は挿入孔、７は支持片、
８はチヤンネル部、９は斜状補強部、１０は補助
片である。なお、図中同一符号は、同一又は相当
部分を示す。
包装装置の主要部の構成を示す斜視図、第２図は
同じく包装状態を示す縦断面図である。図におい
て、１は換気扇、２はモータ部、３は羽根部、４
は外箱、５は支持体、６は挿入孔、７は支持片、
８はチヤンネル部、９は斜状補強部、１０は補助
片である。なお、図中同一符号は、同一又は相当
部分を示す。
Claims (1)
- 換気扇を収納する外箱の巾寸法より小巾で、中
央部には換気扇の突出したモータ部を挿入するた
めの挿入孔を有する平板状の支持片の片側の面に
、上記挿入孔の背後と両側とを囲むチヤンネル部
とこのチヤンネル部の両側縁において斜め後方へ
延出する二つの斜状補強部とを折曲げ形成してな
る屏風状の補助片をそのチヤンネル部の両側部分
において定着させて支持体を構成し、この支持体
の二つの斜状補強部の各端縁を上記外箱の一壁面
両側の隅部に支持させるとともに、上記チヤンネ
ル部の背面を上記一壁面に当接支持させて外箱内
を仕切り、換気扇のモータ部を上記挿入孔を通じ
てチヤンネル部内に保持させ、モータ部とは反対
側の羽根部を上記支持片で仕切られたチヤンネル
部とは反対側の外箱内に保持させるようにしたこ
とを特徴とする換気扇の包装装置。
