記第２マグネツトバルブと電源との間に設けられ
たロツクブレーキ非常用ヒユーズと、 上記第１マグネツトバルブへの通電遮断を検知
する第１検知手段と、 上記第２マグネツトバルブへの通電遮断を検知
する第２検知手段と、 上記第１又は第２検知手段の何れか一方が作動
したとき警報を発する警報手段とを備えたことを
