Abstract

PURPOSE:To inhibit the movement of a rewound part in a tire so as to improve its durability by rewinding both end parts of a carcass on a bead core while fixing the rewound part to the bead core using a cord member. CONSTITUTION:A tire 1 provides a bead part 4 in the internal end of a side wall part 3 extending to the inner in the radial direction from both ends of a tread part. While in a carcass 13 consisting of a number of layers of carcass plies 12, a rewinding part 11, rewound on a bead core 6, is provided in a main unit part 5 passing through the tread part, side wall part 3 and the bear part 4. The rewinding part 11 is constituted of a fold part 7 connecting one end of the carcass ply to the main unit part 5 with the other end rewound in the periphery of the bead core 6, refold part 9 refolded along the bead core 6 with one end connected to the fold part 7 and an extended part 10 extending from the other end of the refold part 9. While along the rewinding part 11, a cord member 14 is wound on the upper surface of the bead core 6.
