Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable progress of uniform sintered reaction even when a large quantity of raw material is carried by controlling a sieve according to height of sloping surface of the raw material layer on a pallet at the time of charging the sintered raw material by using the sieve along the flowing direction. CONSTITUTION:The sintered raw material 2 is supplied on the pallet 6 in sintering machine from a vessel 1 while classifying by the sieve 5 arranging plural rods along the flowing direction of the raw material 2 to form the raw material layer 7. When the supplying quantity of the raw material is temporarily much excessed, the regular sloping surface 7a of the layer 7 becomes risen sloping surface 7b and the grain distribution of the layer 7 greatly crumbles, and the classification of the sieve 5 and the distribution are not sufficiently given and it becomes the cause of breakage of the device. In order to preventing this, for example, the plural electrode rods 8 are faced on the inclined surface 7a and by this, whether the sloping surface of the layer 7 is 7a or 7b condition, is detected as variation of dielectric contact. At the time of detecting the sloping surface 7b, a winch 12 is driven based on the signal 13, and a receiving table 9 is moved to right direction, and the raw material 2 dropping from a chute 4 is passed through gap between the rods which come to wider as going to end part, and dropped, and the sloping surface 7b can be eliminated for short time.
