Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve deep drawing moldability by subjecting the steel in which C, Si, Mn, P, SolTi, B and Nb are specified to hot rolling, cooling, cold rolling, etc., under the prescribed conditions. CONSTITUTION:The steel contg., by weight, 0.0025-0.01% C, <=1% Si, <=0.35% Mn, <=0.15% P and furthermore contg. one or more kinds among 0.02-0.15% SolTi, 0.001-0.005% B and 0.01-0.08% Nb is refined. Said steel is hot rolled at the temp. of >=Ar3. Said hot rolled steel plate is then cooled to <=200 deg.C at 20-150 deg.C/sec cooling ratio. The steel is successively applied to pickling, etc., is cold rolled at >=50% draft ratio and is subjected to continuous annealing.
