置において上記第１開口を流体供給源に連通させ
、第２位置において上記第２開口を流体供給源に
連通させる内筒、同内筒に連結され流体供給源か
ら供給される作動流体の温度に応答して上記内筒
を第１位置と第２位置との間で変位させるワツク
スペレツト式感温アクチユエータ、及び上記外筒
とワツクスペレツト式感温アクチユエータとの間
に介装され、作動流体温度が設定温度に達したと
き上記アクチユエータと共に内筒を上記第１位置
に強制的に変位させる形状記憶合金製の非常用感
温アクチユエータを具備してなることを特徴とす
