Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the rotational force transmission efficiency of a driving unit by connecting a driving shaft and an auger shaft to each other by providing a speed reducer at the lower end of a casing pipe hung down from a driving device and providing a first agitating section by extending a reversely rotated outer pipe from the speed reducer. CONSTITUTION: A casing pipe 14 which covers a driving shaft 13 rotated by means of a driving device 12 that moves upward and downward along a leader 11 is hung down from the driving device 12 and a speed reducer 15 is provided at the lower end of the pipe 14.
