In this case, in fetching six data (three blocks) into the memory 15, the controller 14 discriminates whether first or second AF data is equal to third and fourth AF data or not and discriminates whether third or fourth AF data is equal to fifth and sixth AF data or not; and the system A is decided to fetch all data of the fourth and subsequent blocks when they are not equal in both cases. When they are equal, the system B is decided to fetch data with the present reception station as the center.
