Description

【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図はこの考案の一実施例による始動電動機
の要部断面図、第２図ａ，ｂはこの考案に用いる
金属プレートの形状の一実施例を示す正面図と斜
視図、第３図は従来の樹脂リヤブラケツトを用い
た始動電動機の要部断面図である。図中、１は電
機子、１ａは電機子回転軸、２は磁石、３はヨー
ク、４はコンミテータ、５ａはプラス側ブラシ、
５ｂはマイナス側ブラシ、１３は軸受、１４は通
しボルト、１６ａはプラス側ブラシホルダ、１６
ｂはマイナス側ブラシホルダ、１７はリードワイ
ヤ、１８は絶縁プレート、１９は導電ベース、２
０はスペーサ、２１はリヤブラケツト、２２は金
属製プレートである。尚、各図中同一符号は同一
又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電機子を装着した電機子回転軸、この回転
    軸のリヤー側に装着されたコンミテータ、このコ
    ンミテータに摺接する給電用のブラシ、このブラ
    シを保持するブラシホルダ、上記回転軸をフロン
    トブラケツトとともに回転可能に支承し樹脂から
    形成されたリヤブラケツト、このリヤブラケツト
    と上記フロントブラケツトの間に嵌合され界磁を
    装着したヨーク、上記ブラシホルダが取り付けら
    れるとともに上記ヨークと上記リヤブラケツト間
    に挟着される導電体からなる導電ベース、上記リ
    ヤブラケツトと上記フロントブラケツトを貫通し
    て設けられ上記ヨーク並びに上記導電ベースを一
    体に嵌着する通しボルト、及び上記通しボルトの
    座面と上記リヤブラケツトの外周部との間に設け
    られた金属製プレートを備えた始動電動機。 (2) 金属製プレートは、リヤブラケツトの後端
    に形成されたリブに、回り止め嵌合されているこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)に
    記載の始動電動機。 (3) 金属製プレートは、焼入帯鋼板より形成さ
    れていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第(1)項又は第(2)項に記載の始動電動機。
