Claims (1)
- 第１のポート及び第２のポートを有する本体と
、本体内に設けた穴に摺動可能に挿入された中央
ランド及び外方の２個の側部ランドを有するスプ
ールと、スプールの移動量を検出するようスプー
ルに連結された検出用コアとコアの動きを非接触
で検出する位置検出器と、を含み、前記本体は前
記第１のポートと連通する中央室と、中央室に対
し前記スプールの中央ランドにより中立時ゼロラ
ツプで閉切られかつ前記第２のポートと連通する
２個の側部室と、２個の側部室に対し前記スプー
ルの２個の側部ランドでそれぞれ区画される２個
の端部室と、を有し、前記２個の端部室は中立時
中央ランドが中央室を側部室に対しゼロラツプで
閉切るようスプールを付勢するスプリングをそれ
ぞれ有しかつ各端部室は第１のポート及び第２の
ポートの何れか一方とそれぞれ対応して連通され
たことを特徴とする流量センサー。
