量及び不釣合位置の演算を行わせ、その結果を表

検出装置において、前記コンピユータの入力側と
択一的に接続される二つのリード線１５，１６を
追加して設け、これらリード線１５，１６の各先
端に表面粗さ検出ヘツド１７と寸法検出ヘツド１
８を接続し、且つこれら各ヘツド１７，１８のう
ち特定の何れかが出力する信号を数値変換した各
数値、及び必要な制御信号を前記マイクロコンピ
ユータに入力することにより、計測結果としての
表面粗さ或いは寸法が前記表示装置６に表示され
る構成としたことを特徴とする表面粗さ計・リニ
